3. Payment and Pricing: Pricing for DONG's services is subject to change at our discretion. Payment for services must be made promptly through the provided payment link to initiate the design process.

4. Token Payment: A token amount, as specified by DONG, is required to initiate the design process. This token amount is non-refundable, irrespective of whether the client chooses to proceed with booking our services or not.

5. Refund Policy: DONG does not provide refunds for any reason, including the failure to adopt or implement strategies provided or the non-achievement of desired outcomes. Our commitment is to deliver quality design and revisions to align with your vision.

6. Revisions: DONG offers one free design revision. Additional revisions may be provided at the discretion of DONG and may incur additional charges.

7. Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information and data. Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security.

8. Intellectual Property Rights: Ownership of intellectual property rights for designs created generally belongs to the client, subject to the terms specified in your individual project contract.

9. Positive Outcomes May Vary: While DONG strives to deliver quality design solutions we do not guarantee the success of the design provided. The effectiveness of the design is contingent on various factors, including the client's execution and external market conditions. As such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Implementation Responsibility: The successful implementation of the provided design solutions is the responsibility of the client. DONG's role is to offer strategic design solutions, but the execution and results of the design solutions are dependent on the client's actions.
